Well the new family has survived the holidays, and welcomed in the new year with a baby that sleeps through the night. It's a blessing, let me tell you. (=

For those on the other side of the pond, I've got a picture of the christmas dinner, and going around the table starting from the right and over the top, the people are: Leah ( Rob and Lyn's daughter ), Paul ( Lyn's son ), Kevin, Me, Sarah (Lyn's daughter), Dan ( Sarah's partner ), Lyn, Rob ( Kevin's dad ), Polly ( Kevin's mum ), and Tom ( Polly's partner ).

Went into the baby factory on Friday evening, and by Sunday morning Kai got around to making an appearance. We're all doing well, but we were rather tired having had so little sleep until last night.
Other than a little choking at one point, the night passed rather well with each of us taking turns helping Kai through the dark hours. In the end we slept off and on from 8pm to 10am the next morning.
